As a graphic facilitator, I help groups reach vital goals by improving the quality and results of their conversations and meetings – the places where understanding and commitment develop and decisions are made. In addition to using standard facilitation skills, I create a shared visual workspace for the group on large panels of paper, reflecting their conversation back to them in real time, holding their conversation visible. This makes the groups I work with smarter.
I also partner with other facilitators and consultants, bringing the power of graphic facilitation to their practice. And when groups need to enlist and catalyze others, I’m often asked to create communication graphics that present the big picture.
